Sebenza Nederland BV was incorporated in 2001 to operate as a fourth party logistics service provider for large South African companies wishing to do business in Europe, so making full use of the advantages of the Trade Agreement in place between South Africa and the European Union. After seven years of successful trading, the requirements of our clients changed, and the activities of the Company changed with the times.

Sebenza Nederland BV currently functions mainly as a holding company, owning 90% of Sebenza Freight Services (Pty) Ltd in South Africa and 100% of Red Nav Pty Ltd in Australia, both these companies being active in international freight forwarding. However, Sebenza Nederland BV retains the necessary expertise and infrastructure to revive specific logistics solutions should commercial opportunities present themselves.
